Airtel’s New Rs 1099 Plan Details – Unlimited 5G and 4G
Airtel, the 2nd largest telecom operator, has recently rolled out their Rs 1099 plan for their users. The plan offers unlimited 4G and 5G data, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS/day. Keep in mind that Airtel has a fair usage commercial data policy, which means users will only be able to use 300 GB of high-speed data; after that, the speed will be reduced. The New 1099 plan offers unlimited data (both 4G and 5G), unlimited calling (without any limit), and 100 SMS/day. The plan has a service validity of 84 days and a 7-day grace period to recharge. However, the data offered is not truly unlimited, meaning Airtel and VI follow a commercial data usage policy that has a limit of 300 GB; beyond that, the speed will be reduced.
No OTT benefits have been provided with the plan except the free HelloTunes subscription (which is good for nothing). Another major highlight of the plan is ‘Adobe Express Premium,’ which has been provided without any additional cost. However, its individual subscription costs around 4000 per year, but if the users recharge with this plan, then they will get the subscription for absolutely free. The offered subscription allows users to generate creative videos with AI and also edit them as per their preference.
Lately, Bharti Airtel has also launched two more plans of 399 and 449 that also offer unlimited 4G data. Not to mention, the plan also comes with the fair usage policy along with the service validity of 28 days.
